Bangladesh Archery team returned home on Tuesday morning after participating in the Final World Quota Tournament and 2024 Archery World Cup Stage-3 which was held in Antalya, Turkey recently.
Bangladesh Archery Federation (BAF) General Secretary Kazi Rajib Uddin Ahmed Chapol greeted the National Archery team with bouquet at the Hazrat Shahjalal Int’l Airport in the city.
BAF Assistant General Secretary Roshiduzzaman Serniyabat, it’s Treasurer Md. Anisur Rahman, Executive Members Farque Dhali and Dr. Md Ahsanul Karim, and Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothistan Archery Trainer and Head of Department Md Noore Alam were also present there.
It can be mentioned that Bangladesh archer Mohammad Sagor Islam won silver medal in the 2024 Final World Qualification Tournament in Antalya to qualify directly for the Paris Olympics 2024.
He will be accorded a warm reception by the BHF on Thursday (June 27) afternoon at the Sheikh Russel Roller Skating Complex.
