Faruque Ahmed, the newly appointed president of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), has repeated his stance on removing Bangladesh Head Coach Chandika Hathurusingha.
58-year-old former Bangladesh cricketer, who was nominated as the new board president following Nazmul Hassan Papon’s resignation, had previously voiced his disapproval of Hathurusingha’s leadership.
When asked if his views had changed since taking charge, Faruque confirmed that he still intends to dismiss the Sri Lankan coach.
