Barishal University gets new proctor

Dr. Rahat Hossain Faisal appointed as Proctorof Barishal University (BU). He is Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at BU.
Besides MarufaAkhter , Assistant Professor of Public Administration Department has been given the responsibility of Assistant Proctor of BU.
The information was confirmed on Tuesday in an office order of BU.
According to that office order, according to Article 36 (2) of 16 (1) of the first statute of Barishal University, the teachers have been given responsibility until further instructions.
For carrying out the said duty, the concerned teachers will get duty allowance and benefits as per the rules.
However, if they are performing more than one duty, they will be entitled to the allowances and benefits of any one as per the rules.
