Bank Asia PLC organised a day-long awareness programme on “Gender Equality and Prevention of Sexual Harassment” at the Bank Asia Institute for Training and Development (BAITD) in Lalmatia, Dhaka, on 4 November 2025.
Rumana Akhter Tulee, Assistant Vice-President of Bank Asia, conducted the session as the resource person. The programme aimed to strengthen understanding and promote best practices on gender equality and the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace.
Officials from various branches and the Corporate Office attended the session, reaffirming Bank Asia’s commitment to ensuring a safe, inclusive and respectful work environment.
