Bangladesh Cricket team won the three-match Twenty20 International (T20I) 2-0 against Netherlands Cricket team after defeating the Dutch by nine wickets in the second T20I match at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on Monday. Bangladesh have one match in their hand.

Earlier, the Tigers defeated the tourists by eight wickets in the first T20I at the same venue on August 31.

Bangladesh will take on Netherlands in the third and last T20I tomorrow at the same venue.
Chasing Netherlands’ paltry total of 103 off 17.3 overs, Bangladesh romped home making 104 for the loss of one wicket when they had 41 balls to spare.

Bangladesh had a solid start with two openers Parvez Hossain Emon and Tanzid Hasan Tamim put on together 40 runs in the opening stand before Parvez Hossain Emon was caught behind by wicketkeeper Scott Edwards off Kyle Klein.

After Emon’s dismissal, Tanzid Hasan and Litton Das guided their team to reach the winning spot scoring together 64 runs for the unbroken second wicket stand.

Litton Das remained unbeaten with 18 runs. He hit two fours in his 18-ball innings.

Aryan Dutt hit 30 from 24 deliveries featuring three fours and one six.
