Before heading to Pakistan for a five-match T20I series starting on May 25, Bangladesh will play a two-match T20I series against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Sharjah.
The Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) confirmed the news on Friday, announcing the schedule for the upcoming series.
Both matches will be started at 9.00pm (Bangladesh Standard Time) on May 17 and 19 in Sharjah.
This will be the second bilateral T20I series between Bangladesh and the UAE, with the first having taken place in 2022.
Expressing delight over hosting the Tigers once again, Chief Operating Officer of Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) Shubhan Ahmed said, “We are thrilled to welcome the Bangladesh team to the UAE.”
