Md. A. Chattar Gazi has been elected President of the Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC) Officers Association in the 2025 election. Md. Al Amin secured the position of General Secretary. Additionally, Riaz Uddin won the post of Organizational Secretary, and Md. Habibur Rahman was elected Treasurer.
The voting took place on November 1 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the voting center located in the Krishi Bhaban, with enthusiastic participation from the officers of BADC’s Finance and Administration Pool.
The Chief Election Commissioner, General Manager (Finance) Runa Laila, announced the election results at 5:00 PM, says a press release.
Speaking after the victory, newly elected President Md. A. Chattar Gazi stated, “Together with all the winners and participants, we will build a strong association, Inshallah.
I will work beyond personal interests to ensure the fair demands of the organization’s officers are implemented through proper procedures.”
General Secretary Md. Al Amin expressed his commitment by saying, “Alongside my colleagues, I will work for the welfare of BADC. I seek everyone’s cooperation to implement the promised programs outlined in the manifesto.”
