Auditions for Bangladesh Television’s talent search reality show ‘Notun Kuri’ is starting.
The regional selection of the competition will run from September 24 to September 29.
Contestants who receive ‘yes cards’ at the regional level will be selected to participate in the divisional level. Departmental level auditions will be held from October 4 to October 11.
All regional and departmental level auditions will be held from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
However, auditions for that day will not end until the auditions of the specified number of participants are completed.
The audition date will be communicated to the applicants’ mobile numbers through SMS.
The contestants who pass the departmental level will later participate in various stages at BTV, Dhaka centre.

Competitions will be held in ‘A’ and ‘B’ categories in 9 subjects: acting, recitation, storytelling/comedy, general dance/high dance, patriotic songs/modern songs, Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul Sangeet, folk songs and Hamd-Naat. There will be two categories according to age group:
‘A’ category (6 to 11 years) and ‘B’ category (11 to 15 years).
Regional auditions for Dhaka-1 (Dhaka, Gazipur, Manikganj districts) and Dhaka-2 (Munshiganj, Narayanganj, Narsingdi districts) will be held at BTV Dhaka Centre, Rampura. Regional auditions for Dhaka-3 (Faridpur, Rajbari, Gopalganj, Madaripur, Shariatpur districts) will be held at Faridpur Shishu Academy.
Regional auditions for Mymensingh-1 (Mymensingh, Sherpur, Netrokona districts) and Mymensingh-2 (Tangail, Kishoreganj, Jamalpur districts) will be held at Mymensingh Shilpakala Academy.
Regional auditions for Sylhet (Sylhet, Moulvibazar, Habiganj, Sunamganj districts) will be held at Sylhet Shilpakala Academy.
Regional auditions for Rangpur-1 (Rangpur, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, Nilphamari, Gaibandha districts) will be held at Rangpur Shilpakala Academy.
Regional auditions for Rangpur-2 (Dinajpur, Thakurgaon, Panchagarh districts) will be held at Dinajpur ShilpakalAcademy. Regional auditions for Rajshahi-1 (Rajshahi, Natore, Chapainawabganj, Pabna districts) will be held at Rajshahi Shilpakala Academy.
The regional auditions for Rajshahi-2 (Bogura, Joypurhat, Naogaon, Sirajganj districts) will be held at Bogra Shilpakala Academy.
The regional auditions for Khulna-1 (Khulna, Bagerhat, Satkhira districts) will be held at Khulna Shilpakala Academy. The regional auditions for Khulna-2 (Jashore, Jhenaidah, Magura, Narail districts) will be held at Jashore Shilpakala Academy.
The regional auditions for Khulna-3 (Kushtia, Meherpur, Chuadanga districts) will be held at Kushtia Shilpakala Academy.
The regional auditions for Barishal-1 (Barisal, Jhalokati, Pirojpur districts) and Barishal-2 (Patuakhali, Barguna, Bhola districts) will be held at Barishal Shilpakala Academy (separate booths).
