Aruna Biswas, noted actress, producer and director of Bangladeshi cinema, has made her first movie in her life titled ‘Asombhob’. The movie has been produced by own production house with government grants. In the
meantime, all the work of the movie is over.
Aruna Biswas said that the movie is ready for release on October 20. The movie has already received censor clearance
with rave reviews.
Jyotsna Biswas, mother of Aruna Biswas, Abul Hayat, Sohana Saba, Gazi Abdun Noor, Swagota, Shahed, Shatabdi Wadud and many others acted in the movie. The original song in the movie is by Gazi Mazharul Anwar, a famous lyricist of the sub-continent.
Aruna Biswas said that the song ‘Moder Gorob Moder Asha Amori Bangla Bhasha’ written by Atul Prasad Sen has been used in this movie. The story of the movie is Aruna Biswas’s brother Mithu Biswas. The dialogues are written by Mujtaba Soud, the screenplay is written by Mithu Biswas. The movie is produced by Aruna Biswas under the banner of Jatra Vision.
Aruna Biswas had to spend more money while making the movie beyond the fixed budget. That’s why he faced difficulties
while making the movie. But because she wants to finish the movie in her heart, the movie is finally going to be released
on October 20, said Aruna.
Actress Sohana Saba acted in the central character in the movie. While talking about acting in the movie, she told this correspondent, “There is an Aruna Biswas behind the movie starring me. There is a good story, beautiful arrangement. There are beautiful songs. There are stories about country – about family – about Jatras, there are beautiful locations, there are stories of my rain-soaked winter nights, and there are countless talented artists trying to give it their best. This time I really hope that the audience will actually catch the movie after the episode. Two or three times ago, many of us were together
at BFDC to watch some parts of the movie, that’s why I can speak so confidentially.”
Aruna Biswas told this correspondent, “I want to say only one thing – after the release of my directorial movie ‘Asombhob’, research will be done on this movie. I have made the movie with all my talent and labour. As an artiste, I can understand where the place of complacency lies.
I made the movie with a lot of hard work and a lot of hard work so that there is no dissatisfaction. Hayat Uncle, my mother, Saba, Swagota, Noor and others who were there acted brilliantly. Because of this I have become more optimistic about the movie.”
