Music: Arnab’s new song album with poetry

Shayan Chowdhury Arnab has had a desire to work with poetry for a long time. He wanted to create songs with melodies in poetry.

He started the work quite a while ago. It took some time to get everything organised.

Finally, after almost 10 years, Arnab is releasing a full album of original songs. His new album titled ‘Bhallage Na’ will be released on October 30. It is being released by Adkhana Music.

This album has been arranged with 8 songs. Some of its songs are made from the poems of popular poets, the rest are written by Arnab and his friends.

He has created songs based on the poems of various poets of both Bengal including Jibanananda Das, Srijat, Nilanjan Bandyopadhyay. The tunes and music have been composed by Arnab himself.
