Arguments in Khokon’s trial from April 9

BSS, Dhaka :
The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 on Wednesday set April 9 for start of the closing arguments in the trial of Jahid Hossain Khokon, alias Khokon Razakar, charged with committing crimes against humanity during the War of Liberation.
The ICT-1 set the date as Advocate Abdus Shukur Khan, state-appointed defence counsel for the absconding accused, concluded cross-examining the 24th and final prosecution witness in the trial, Satya Ranjan Roy on Wednesday afternoon.
