In Ramgarh Upazila of Khagrachari, 170 more families will get Prime Minister’s gift house in the 2nd phase of the 5th phase under Asrayan-2 project. Home and land deeds will be officially handed over to the landless and homeless families on June 10.
On Thursday, Ramgarh Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mamata Afrin gave this information in a press briefing at her own office.
After the virtual inauguration by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on June 10, house keys and land documents will be handed over to 170 families of Ramgarh. Out of this, 69 houses have been constructed in the municipal area, 55 in Ramgarh Union and 46 in Patachhara Union.
In a written statement, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mamata Afrin said ,”According to the Prime Minister’s announcement, no one will be homeless or landless in Bangladesh.”
