Recently, Alongkar Chowdhury, present generation’s favourite actress, has come into the spotlight by working as a model
in one music video after another.
Her brilliant performance in the latest song titled ‘Pagla Pagli’ sung by Koli and Akash impressed the audience.
This time, not only in the music videos, but also in her latest three popular dramas: ‘Rumkir Songsar’, ‘Tor Premete Dublam’, and ‘Pakhi’, Alongkar impressed the viewers.
Recently, her three dramas have also been in the news.
Alongkar Chowdhury will be seen as a model in the music videos of three new songs this upcoming Eid.
Alongkar Chowdhury can be seen in the music videos of these three songs: ‘Jamai Ador’ sung by Akash-Rimi, ‘Ei Zamanaar Meye’ sung by Dolly Sayantani, and ‘Agun Lagaila Dilo Kone’ sung by Sabrina Saba.
These music videos were produced by Shuvro Mehraj, Saikat Reza and Nazmul Evan respectively. All music videos are choreographed by Rohan Belal.
The dramas those are already expected to be aired in Eid are Zia Uddin Alam’s ‘Chorer Certificate’ and Shuvro Ahmed’s ‘Natok Kom Karo Priyo’.
In the first drama, Afzal Sujon is opposite Alongkar, and in the second, Shibli Noman is opposite her. The actress also said that she will be working in several more dramas for Eid.
Meanwhile, Alongkar Chowdhury is going to work on a film after next Eid. She is keen to share details about the film once the work begins. She doesn’t want to say anything in detail about the movie for now.
Alongkar Chowdhury told this correspondent about her works during the upcoming Eid, “Beautiful stories centred on women come to me. I only work if I get the character right, that is, if I have the character in my mind. It’s true that I have turned down many drama offers at the moment because I didn’t like the stories or the characters.
I understand and can feel that I have a strong interest in the audience. But I rarely get stories that are the kind of work that audiences love or the kind of work they want to see me do. But I think good times are coming for me.
I don’t know how much I have managed to win the hearts of the audience. However, I want to go much further by winning the hearts of all drama-loving viewers.”
