Alongkar Chowdhury, the popular actress of this generation, is trying to present herself in as many different roles as possible in acting. She is acting in good story based dramas one after another.
However, at this mature age, Alongkar Chowdhury acted in a movie for the first time. She has acted in government funded movie titled ‘Muktir Chhoto Golpo’.
The story of the movie is written by Mizanur Rahman Rubel, while it produced by Masud Zakaria Sabin.
Alongkar has already finished the movie. On Tuesday, she said that the work of dubbing has been completed.
About acting in such a movie for the first time, Alongkar Chowdhury told this correspondent, “The country became independent after the Liberation War of 1971. But is the country really independent? But the war is still going on. In 2020, we fought with epidemics like Corona. The normality of our lives has not yet returned. Again, a large part of the young generation is constantly becoming addicted to drugs, and having to constantly fight with drugs. So, in this movie, I played the role of a journalist whose name is ‘Nodi’. She wants to stand against drugs with the young generation. In addition to highlighting the role played by the freedom-fighters in the Liberation War, she wants to play a role in making the freedom-fighters a dream country.”
“A Masud Zakaria Sabin is one of my favourite directors. I am very satisfied working in the movie under his direction. I am very optimistic about this movie as one of the character of it,” she also said.
Alongkar is now waiting for the release of this movie.
She informed that the movie is supposed to go to the Censor Board soon.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Alongkar participated in the shooting of BTV’s drama serial titled ‘Jora Shalik’, directed by Himel Ishaq.
She has received a lot of response by working as a model in Milon and Puja’s duet song titled ‘Ki Kore Bujhai’.
