Alliance Finance PLC (AFPLC), a joint venture finance company with a foreign collaboration, convened its sixth board meeting in hybrid mode at its head office in Gulshan.
Board members from Sri Lanka, the USA, Thailand, and Bangladesh joined the meeting through a virtual platform. The meeting was presided over by Jowher Rizvi, Chairman of Board of Directors of AFPLC. Among other Directors, Chairman of Peoples Leasing and Finance PLC of Sri Lanka, Pradeep Amirthanayagam, COO of Peoples Leasing & Finance PLC of Sri Lanka, Udesh Gunawardena, Chairman of Rabab Fashions, Lutfe M Ayub and CEO of AFPLC, Kanti K Saha attended the meeting.
