The Bank’s Vice-Chairperson Duluma Ahmed, Directors M A Kashem, Azim Uddin Ahmed, Jusna Ara Kashem and Independent Directors Syed Sajedul Karim, Dr. Quazi Mesbahuddin Ahmed and M. Kamal Hossain, Managing Director were also present in the meeting. Bank’s Sponsors and a large number of Shareholders attended the meeting. The AGM approves 10 percent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year 2018.
