Agriculture Secretary Dr Mohammad Emdad Ullah Mian at the Bangladesh Sugarcrop Research Institute said that agriculture will be the main driving force of the economy to build a new Bangladesh. He said this while addressing a meeting organised by the District Agriculture Extension Department and BSRI at the auditorium of the Institute on Friday evening (January 31th). The meeting was attended by the agronomists, officers, employees, farmers and farmers of various 18th levels of the Ministry of Agriculture in Pabna and Bogura.

All types of agriculture will be included in the plan of 2050. During this time, he announced that the basic training of the Deputy Assistant to the field level will be introduced. The meeting was chaired by Kabir Uddin Ahmed, the coordinator of the Bangladesh Farmers Association. Medalist farmer Alhaj Shajahan Ali Badsha alias Papaya presented a 16-point recommendation for the farmers and the khamrias.
Papaya Badsha said that the goal of mass uprising must be implemented through agriculture and land reforms in the construction of the new Bangladesh. By addressing all the challenges, the importance of agriculture should be given in the interest of the farmers and consumers. Because agriculture gives us food, clothing and drugs. Agriculture has also contributed to the creation of employment and alleviating poverty.
