Agriculture Adviser Lt. Gen. (retd.) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury visits Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) on Tuesday.
On this occasion, a view exchange meeting was held at Kazi Badruddoza auditorium of the institute, reports press release.
At the beginning of program, BARI’s Director General Dr. Md. Abdullah Yousuf Akhond highlighted the current activities and future plans of the institute through power point presentation.
After that, scientist, officer and workers of the institute presented their related issues to the Honorable Advisor.
The Honorable Advisor listens to everyone’s speech with great interest.
The Honorable Adviser acknowledged the outstanding contribution of scientists in agriculture and assured further possible collaboration in future.
At this time, the Honorable Agriculture Secretary Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Dr. Mohammad Emdad Ullah Mian was present in this program.
He also appreciated the work of scientists. Scientist, officer, scientific assistants, employee and workers of various division/center/section of BARI were present on the occasion.
