The admission test for the first year ‘C’ unit (Commerce) of the 2024-2025 academic year was held simultaneously across the country on Friday in a cluster system of 19 public universities of the country.
The admission test was held at Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur center from 11 am to 12 noon. 2,567 candidates participated in this center and the attendance rate was 95.82%. During the test, the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Dr. Md. Shawkat Ali, visited the center. After the inspection, the Vice-Chancellor said that the admission test is being held for the fifth time in the cluster system in 19 public universities. Taking the admission test in the cluster system has saved the time and money of the students as well as reduced the suffering of traveling to different parts of the country.
He said, “We have completed all possible activities to conduct the cluster system examination smoothly at Begum Rokeya University.”
It is to be noted that according to the GST Integrated Admission Committee, the admission examination for ‘B’ Unit (Humanities) will be held on May 2 and ‘A’ Unit (Science) on May 9 from 11 am to 12 pm.
