Administrator appointment in Chattagram Chamber

Chattagram Additional Divisional Commissioner (General) Muhammad Anwar Pasha has been appointed as an administrator in Chattagram Chamber of Commerce, on Monday (September 9). This appointment has been given by the order signed by Nazneen Kausar Chowdhury. The matter was confirmed by Chamber Secretary Mohammad Farooq. Stating that the administrator has been appointed as per Section 17 of the Trade Organizations Act 2022, the order has asked to inform the ministry within 120 days after conducting a fair and impartial election and handing over the responsibility.
Recently, in view of the demands of the businessmen, when all the 24 directors of the chamber resigned, the president of the chamber requested the appointment of an administrator.
