Entertainment Report :
Actor Khairul Basar went to Lakshmipur to see the flood victims. He posted some pictures on social media from there. And he was
criticized by the netizens.
Some wrote, “Is it necessary to go to the flood-affected area with so many people?”
Someone wrote again, “He is not helping the flood victims, as if he went for a picnic.”
The actor responded to these criticisms yesterday. He explained all this in a long post on his Facebook page.
Regarding more people, Khairul Basar said that most of those seen in his pictures were local volunteers. They were added to the team because they did not know the roads of Laksmhipur.
Khairul Basar said about the picnic, “Wherever we went in Lakshmipur, people gave us food with love; everyone shared it and ate it. Seeing those pictures, many called it a picnic.”
The actor is not worried about such criticism of netizens, but he is impressed by people’s love.
According to him, “The love that I saw in the eyes of the people of the flood-affected areas, I may not have been able to accept so much love. We are back with love instead. While floating in waist-deep water, some people shook their heads and said, ‘Rice and vegetables are cooked, some of you eat; your mouth feels dry.’ Your nonsense is nothing to this word.”
Khairul Basar thanked all those who helped in this relief distribution programme.
He also said that he took the team to Lakshmipur on the initiative of actress Samira Khan Mahi.
After the flood, he expressed his desire to go to the affected area again to help the flood victims.
Khairul Basar said about this Facebook post, “I made the post for those who comment negatively. To influence thoughts, sometimes it seems that they speak without thinking, something has to be said, and so they comment. The comment that they wrote, whether it is relevant or logical, should be given party or tag? No matter which party or ideology you belong to, ask questions if someone does something wrong. Don’t just question when someone does something good.”
