The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) is likely to file a case against four persons, including former State Minister for Housing and Public Works Alamgir Kabir, on charge of plot allotment at nominal price, sources said.
Four officers of the ministry Azharul Haque,
Mansur Alam and Atiar Rahman are the other accused.
In 2005, they allotted seven acre of land among the journalists in which the state suffered revenue loss of Tk 15 crore.
