Against a promising backdrop of rising legal standards and complex challenges, the Hong Kong-based Asia Business Law Journal (ABLJ) has unveiled its A-List of the top 50 lawyers practising in Bangladesh.
The A-List, published on Friday (11 July) on the journal’s official website, is the result of extensive research and nominations gathered from in-house counsel both in Bangladesh and abroad, as well as partners at leading international law firms.
Bangladesh’s legal landscape is uniquely layered, combining elements of colonial-era British law, Islamic jurisprudence, and local legal practices.
