3 die in Ajmirigonj trawler capsize

Atleast three people died and 12 sustained injuries as a trawler capsized in Gordir River near Biratgram village in Ajmerigonj upazila of Habigong district on Thursday evening.
Police and locals said, the trawler carrying about 50 passengers was heading for Majar in Ghagra area in Mithamoin upazila under Kishoreganj from Biratgram around 6.00p.m.
Most of he passengers and crew could get out of the trawler and swim ashore.
On information, a rescue team rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies of an unidentified man, a teenage and a child.
