Delta Life celebrates Int’l Women’s Day 2026

Delta Life Insurance Company Limited, one of the country’s leading insurance institutions, has at least 70 percent female employees. In recognition and honor of these women, Delta Life celebrated International Women’s Day 2026 with their participation.

The program was held at the conference hall of the head office, where employees and senior officials were present.

On this year’s theme, “Give to Gain – Support and Participation for Women’s Progress,” the opening remarks were delivered by Jaibunara,EVP.

Welcome speeches were delivered by Miltan Bepari, FCA, DMD & CFO; Anwarul Haque, DMD and Head of Gon-Gram?n Bima; and Uttam Kumar Sadhu, FCMA, FCS, Chief Executive Officer.The Chief Guest, Adeeba Rahman (ACII-UK), Member of the Board of Directors and Chairperson of the Executive Committee of the company, extended her greetings to all female employees and stated that Delta Life continues to work towards creating a women-friendly working environment and promoting women’s empowerment.

The program concluded with speeches from female employees, distribution of gift hampers, and a short cultural program.

Finally, the Chair of the event, Afrin Haque, FIAA, CFA, Assistant Managing Director & Actuary, expressed her gratitude to all and officially declared the closing of the program.
