RJF organises Iftar party

Rural Journalist Foundation (RJF) arranged an Iftar party in a restaurant adjacent to the National Press Club on Saturday attended by a lot of working journalist.

The discussion part of the meeting was presided by SM Jhirul lslam, Chairman of the RJF while Syed Tosharaf Ali, Advisory Editor of THE New Nation was the chief guest.

Chief guest Syed Tosharaf Ali said journalists who are working in the grass roots level of our country to be courageous to unearth the facts which are always try to hide.

At the same time he advised the journalists to be rational and responsible.

Every item should be examined thoroughly and after checking factual accuracy should be sent to publish in the main stream paper. The same principle should be followed in the social media.

Among others advocate Khan Chaman -E-Alahi,poet Prakritoj Shamimrumi Titon, Md. Sahidul Islam and Md Masud Alom.
