IFIC Bank promotes 88 officials

In recognition of their significant contributions to the institution’s sustainable growth and achievement of strategic objectives, 88 officials at various levels of IFIC Bank have been promoted. The promotions were awarded in acknowledgment of their professional competence, leadership qualities, and consistent performance in carrying out responsibilities.
On Thursday, a promotion ceremony titled “Celebrating Career Progression” was held at IFIC Tower in the capital. The Managing Director of the bank, Syed Mansur Mustafa, along with members of the Senior Management Team, formally handed over promotion letters to 33 officials. Additionally, promotion letters were delivered virtually to 55 more officials stationed at different branches and sub-branches across the country.
Addressing the ceremony, the Managing Director congratulated the promoted officials and stated, “There is no alternative to skilled and committed human resources in ensuring the sustainable advancement of an institution.” He expressed optimism that in their new roles, the promoted officials would demonstrate greater strategic insight, accountability, and professionalism, thereby contributing meaningfully to the bank’s overall operations and enhancement of customer service standards.

It is noteworthy that IFIC Bank, following a transparent and employee-friendly policy framework, has promoted a total of 275 officials to various positions up to March this year, prioritizing merit- and performance-based career advancement. This approach continues to strengthen the institution’s long-term stability and competitive capability.
