Milestone College’s stunning success in JSE

Milestone College has achieved amazing success in the results of the 2025 Junior Scholarship Examination. Total of 152 students have obtained scholarships in Bangla medium and English version.

Total of 47 students have received merit scholarships and 105 students have received general scholarships. According to the information, out of the 49 merit scholarships available under the concerned thana in the Dhaka Education Board, 47 have been obtained by Milestone College students.

On the other hand, Milestone College has set a unique example by obtaining all 105 general scholarships.
In this regard, Milestone College Principal Mohammad Ziaul Alam said, ‘Regular teaching, intensive supervision, sincere efforts of teachers and overall cooperation of parents have played an important role in this amazing achievement’.

Chairman of the College Governing body Mrs. Mamtaz Begum, Advisor of the institution Colonel Nurun Nabi (retd.) and Executive Principal of Milestone Preparatory KG School Mrs. Rifat Nabi Alam congratulated the meritorious students who got Junior scholarships, says a press release.

It is worth noting that after a long 17 years, the Junior Scholarship Examination was held in December 2025, and the results were published on February 25, 2026. In this, 46,200 students received scholarships in 9 education boards, including merit and general.

In Dhaka Education Board, 3,622 students received merit scholarships and 7,762 students received general scholarships.
