‘If I go to jail, whole country will know,’ Noble’s regret

Singer Mainul Ahsan Noble was arrested last Monday in a case filed against him for embezzling money by promising marriage and threatening to spread objectionable pictures and videos on social media. The next day, he was granted bail on condition of compromise. After getting bail, Noble said, “All my viewers and listeners understand me well. They will forgive me. I’m a human being. Humans make mistakes. Therefore, I request you to look at the mistakes in my personal life with forgiveness. Don’t judge my personal life, think about my music. When a person goes to jail, he goes to jail. But when I go to jail, when I have a case-the whole people of Bangladesh know! Look, brother, what a thing it is!”
