Butler sees no shortage of effort from Ritu Porna & Co

The Bangladesh Women’s Football team will play in AFC Women’s Asia Cup for the first time.
The ranking of 11 countries participating in the upcoming Asia Cup in Australia are under 70s. Bangladesh are the only team there whose ranking is outside 100 (112).
The Bangladesh Women’s Football team have been practicing in Sydney for some days. On Tuesday, the Bangladesh Women’s Football team’s Head Coach Peter Butler gave a video message.
There, he said, “I think it is a lot related to mentality. We have to instill in them that we are currently behind others and we have to fill that gap.”
The Ritu Porna & Co are trying to give their best in practice. So the coach is very pleased with the disciples, “The girls have done a really great job.
I can’t find any fault in their effort; they are a group of honest girls and the hard work they are doing is wonderful.”
Today, Bangladesh Women’s Football team will play a warm-up match in Sydney. The match is important for the coach.
He said, “Tomorrow, I will get a chance to see all the girls in two halves. I will divide the workload and the game pressure among everyone.
I have worked on a few options-whether we play in a 3-4-3, 3-5-2 or 4-4-3-3 formation, it will depend on the situation. I have a specific plan in mind, but I want to see the whole thing in two 45-minute halves.”
Expressing satisfaction with the Valentine Park ground in Sydney, the coach said, “It is a good environment for training; you can see the grounds here are amazing, although it is a bit open to the general public.” The coach was happy that the footballers were satisfied with the food.
