Small screen actress Keya Payel has cemented her position by acting in one popular drama after another.

In a recent interview, the actress spoke openly about her new work, her experience on the shooting set, and the audience’s reactions.

Keya Payel has acted in a new drama directed by Subrata Sanjeev, where she was opposite Mushfique R Farhan.

Regarding the drama, Keya Payel said, “This story is done with a very nice plot. We have some family chaos here which the audience will enjoy a lot. My character is quite interesting, and I tried to give my best.”

Fearing the audience’s reaction to the negative aspects of her character, Keya said, “After watching some scenes, people might say – Allah, why is the girl doing this to her mother-in-law! But the audience will definitely like the story if they watch it in its entirety. I always try to workon stories and characters that are family-friendly.”

Currently, the actress is receiving a huge response through the drama ‘Amaderi Golpo’. Her character’s name in the drama is ‘Mehrin’. The audience is now calling her by her character’s name more than her real name.

In this regard, Payel commented, “I was telling Raz (director) Bhai that I have done so many dramas but no one has ever called me by my character’s name.

Now people are commenting under the pictures with the names Mehrin or Sameer-Fahad. As an artiste, this is a big achievement for me.”

Regarding the environment of the shooting set, Keya Payel said that they have to spend more time on the set than their family. So, the shooting unit is now a family to her.

Stating that good relations with colleagues speed up the work, the actress said, “Our chemistry off-screen is very good.

I talk about clothes with Sunerah, I also ask Irfan Sajjad Bhai about various things. If the work place is not yours, it is not possible to act with all your heart.”
