Mosharraf Karim busy with acting after performing Umrah

Talented actor Mosharraf Karim recently returned home after performing the holy Umrah, a sacred act of worship at the Holy Kaaba in Saudi Arabia.

Mosharraf Karim said that he was in Saudi Arabia for 10 days to perform Umrah with his wife, Robena Reza Jui.

After returning home and resting for a few days, he started working in a drama titled ‘Soda Sottyo Bolibo’ under the direction of renowned playwright and drama director Sagor Jahan since February 15.

This generation’s favourite actress Aisha Khan is acting opposite Mosharraf Karim in the drama.

Meanwhile, Mosharraf Karim also took part in the shooting of another drama of Sagor Jahan titled ‘Adu Bhai’ on February 16 and 17. Aisha Khan will be opposite him in this drama as well. Arko Mostafa wrote story of this drama.

Regarding talking about acting in drama ‘Soda Sottyo Bolibo’ under direction of Sagor Jahan, Mosharraf Karim told this correspondent, “After a long time, I am working with Sagor Jahan. Old memories are being revived in various ways.

A beautiful script and a simple love story of a man is the drama ‘Soda Sottyo Bolibo’ – that’s called sincere love. I enjoyed working.

The director’s face while working seemed to indicate that he was satisfied. I feel satisfied myself too. The work will be good and hopefully many can get a taste of the old.”

It is noted that under direction of Sagor Jahan, Mosharraf Karim acted in dramas including ‘Sikandar Box’, ‘Average Aslam’, ‘Mahin’, ‘Talmisri Na Hawai Mithai’, ‘Milbarack Kalyan Samity’, ‘Fatman,’ ‘Kobul Bolilo Ke’, and faction dramas including ‘Ekta Adorsho Bidyalay,’ ‘Mehman’, ‘Mon Dorja’, ‘Sheshta Aamar Chhilo’, ‘Aamar Kotha Ekbaro Bhable Na’, ‘Tapur Tupur Opera’, ‘Machher Desher Manush’, ‘Chup Bhai Kichhu Bolbe’, ‘Chup Bhai Kichhu Bhabchhe’, ‘Habibul O Ekti Bhoyonkor Prem’, ‘Chhobiwala’, ‘Matir Banke Bhalobasa’, and many more.
