Rawalpindi Express recruit Rishad

Bangladeshi prolific star Rishad Hossain has joined Rawalpindi Express for Pakistani Rupees 3 crore. He took part in the Pakistani Super League (PSL) auction. The franchise took him in the fight with Karachi Kings, but several Bangladeshi cricketers including Mehedi Hasan Miraj did not get a team.
Rishad Hossain has found a new home in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Rawalpindi has added him to the team. After a long fight with Karachi Kings, they got Rishad for Rupees 3 crore.
Rishad Hossain made his debut in the PSL last season. He played for Lahore Qalandars. He showed a brilliant performance with the ball, was one of the best bowlers on the team, took 13 wickets.
However, Lahore did not retain him in this season. Even in this auction, the team did not show interest in taking Rishad. However, there was a fight between Karachi Kings and Rawalpindi Express.
Rishad’s base price in the auction was 11 million Pakistani rupees. After fighting with Karachi Kings, Rawalpindi Express finally picked this Bangladeshi star to the team.
Several more Bangladeshi star cricketers can be seen in the PSL from this year’s auction. A total of 53 Bangladeshis have given their names in the auction.
Although the name of ODI Captain of Bangladesh Mehedi Hasan Miraz has already been included in the auction. His base price was Rupees 1 crore 10 lakh . However, no team showed interest in taking him even at this price.
Earlier, Mustafizur Rahman, who previously represented the franchise in 2016 and 2018, will once again wear the Lahore Qalandars’ colours. The deal was finalised at Pakistani Rupees 6.44 crore.
