One Bank PLC launches Banking services at Gulshan Avenue

ONE Bank PLC has recently launched its new CRM facility at Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka, and reinforcing Bank’s commitment to deliver convenient, modern and secure banking solutions for customers.

The CRM functionality was inaugurated by Anannya Das Gupta, Director, ONE Bank PLC, along with Muhit Rahman, Managing Director, ONE Bank PLC; senior officials of the Bank were also present.

The launch underscores ONE Bank PLC’s ongoing strategy to modernize its service touchpoints, elevate customer experience, and strengthen its brand presence nationwide.

The CRM booth was inaugurated at the Bank’s Gulshan Islamic Banking Branch 97, Bir Uttam Mir Shawkat Sarak (Gulshan Avenue) Gulshan, and Dhaka.
