Standard Bank’s 422nd board meeting held in Dhaka

Standard Bank PLC held its 422nd board meeting on Sunday at the bank’s boardroom at head office in Dhaka.
Mohammed Abdul Aziz, chairman of the board of directors, presided over the meeting.

Vice chairman Gulzar Ahmed and directors Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, Mohammad Manjur Alam, S A M Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Ferdous Ali Khan and A K M Abdul Alim attended the meeting, along with independent director Golam Hafiz Ahmed.

Md Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Bank and director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank, was also present.
