Tarique to address 14 rallies in Dhaka over two days

BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman is set to address a total of 14 election rallies across Dhaka over Sunday and Monday, party leaders announced on Saturday.
The programme was unveiled at a press conference in Gulshan by Mahdi Amin, spokesperson for the BNP Election Steering Committee and an adviser to Tarique Rahman.
According to Mahdi Amin, Rahman will address six rallies on Sunday in parliamentary constituencies under the Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC). The first rally will begin at 2:00pm at the ECB premises in Dhaka-17, which is also his constituency.
He is scheduled to speak next at 2:40pm in Dhaka-16 at Lal Math in Pallabi Ward-2, followed by rallies at 3:30pm in Dhaka-15 at Senpara Adarsha Government High School near Mirpur-10, 4:20pm in Dhaka-14 at the gate of National Bangla High School, 5:10pm in Dhaka-13 at the Shyamoli Club ground beside Shyamoli Cinema Hall, and finally at 6:00pm in Dhaka-11 at Sun Valley field in Satarkul, Badda.
On Monday, Tarique Rahman will take part in eight rallies across Dhaka South City Corporation areas, including another programme in his own constituency. The day’s schedule will begin at 11:00am with a rally in Dhaka-17 at the playground on Kamal Ataturk Avenue in Banani.
This will be followed by rallies at 12:00pm in Dhaka-10 at the Kalabagan Krira Chakra ground, 1:00pm in Dhaka-8 on Pir Jangi Mazar Road, 2:00pm in Dhaka-9 at the Manda Tarun Sangha ground, 3:00pm in Dhaka-5 on Shaheed Faruk Road in Jatrabari, 4:00pm in Dhaka-4 on the Jurain–Shyampur Road, 5:00pm in Dhaka-6 at Dhupkhola field, and concluding at 6:00pm in Dhaka-7 at Lalbagh Balu field.
