Methila to tell unknown stories about her past & present love

Miss Universe Bangladesh winner and model Tangia Zaman Methila, who has made the country’s name shine in the international arena, is going to make her big screen debut.

She has shared some unknown information about her past and present love as a guest in a new episode of the popular podcast ‘Behind the Fame with RRK’.

At the same time, she will also talk about the news of her coming to the big screen as a heroine in the show.

Methila, who came into the limelight after finishing 12th out of the top 30 at the ‘Miss Universe 2025’ held in Thailand, said that all talks for the movie are final.

An official announcement will come from the production company in the next two to three months.

Although she previously worked in the OTT film ‘Rohingya’, Methila wants to break through as an actress.

Speaking candidly about her limitations in the podcast, she said, “I have many limitations as an actress.

I still can’t dance like the heroines. But I want to know and learn everything I need to know to become an actress.”

Regarding the popular perception about the acting skills of models, she also said, “Many people say that models cannot act.

But even among those who are well-established actresses today, many of them could not act in the beginning.

They had to go through a long time to become well-established. Models can also act well if they stick to it.”
