Little Friends edge past Ctg Abahani

Little Friends Club edged past Chittagong Abahani Limited by a solitary goal in the Bangladesh Championship League Football held at Bashundhara Kings arena practice ground in the capital on Thursday.

Masud Rana finally broke the deadlock scoring the all-important goal for Little Friends in the 62nd minute of the match.

Chittagong Abahani Limited however tried their best to stage a fight back in the match but they could not score any in the remaining proceeding.

Khelaghar Samaj Kalyan Samity recorded a comfortable 3-0 goals victory over Suktara Jubo Sangsad in the Bangladesh Championship League Football held at Fortis ground (Jalshiri) in the capital.

In the day’s match, the early breakthrough came for Khelaghar when Nanky Chandra Das scored the first goal in the 3rd minute. Saief Samsad doubled the lead scoring the second goal in the 18th minute of the match.

After the breather, Rabiul Awal completed the winners’ tally scoring the third goal in the 90+6th minute of the match.
