Abul Hayat returns to direction again

Noted actor Abul Hayat has returned to direction after a break of almost a year. The drama, titled ‘Sakhina’, began shooting last Tuesday at a resort in Rajendrapur, Gazipur.

Abul Hayat has also written the screenplay for the drama, based on the story of Rabeya Khatun. Abul Hayat said from the shooting spot, “Rabeya (Khatun) Khala has hundreds of stories.

Among these stories, there are many stories that can be worked on with low cost. After reading ‘Sakhina’, I felt that it can be worked on. So, I started shooting.

Mousumi Mou is playing central character in the drama set in a rural setting. Mousumi Mou said, “It is truly a privilege to be able to work with Rabeya Khatun’s story and Abul Hayat’s direction.”
