Janata Bank board discusses recovery of defaulted loans

Janata Bank PLC held its 874th board meeting on Wednesday, with M Fazlur Rahman, CSP, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presiding.

The meeting was attended by directors Badre Munir Firdaus, Dr Md Abdus Sabur, Abdul Majid Sheikh, Abdul Awal Sarker, Md Shahadat Hossain, Md Ahsan Kabir, Md Obaidul Hoque, and Professor Dr A A Mahboob Uddin Chowdhury, along with Md Mazibur Rahman, Managing Director.

Kazi Abdur Rahman and Md Fayaz Alam, Deputy Managing Directors, were also present at the meeting. The board discussed a range of important issues, including strategies for the recovery of defaulted loans.
