Dhaka Bank signs cash management deal with Bayer Crop Science

Dhaka Bank PLC signed an agreement last week with Bayer Crop Science Limited to provide cash management services.

The signing ceremony was held at Dhaka Bank’s Gulshan head office. Akhlaqur Rahman, deputy managing director of Dhaka Bank PLC, and Zahidul Islam, managing director of Bayer CropScience Limited, signed and exchanged the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Also present at the ceremony were Md Mostaque Ahmed, deputy managing director and chief enterprise marketing officer of Dhaka Bank PLC; Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman Palash, executive vice-president and head of MSME and emerging business division; Mohammad Dedarul Alam, executive vice-president and manager of Uttara branch; Mosleh Saad Mahmud, head of cash management and liability marketing unit of Dhaka Bank PLC; and from Bayer CropScience Limited, Zahirul Hoque Munna, head of finance, accounts and taxation, and Kaniz Fatima, assistant manager (finance), along with other senior officials from both organisations.
Under the agreement, Dhaka Bank PLC will provide secure payment and collection services to Bayer CropScience Limited through its cash management platform, C Solution. The platform offers bulk transaction processing and real-time transaction updates to enhance operational efficiency.
