Retired Principal Md Masuk dies

Md. Masuk, a retired principal of Bhukshimail School and College in Kulaura Upazila and a resident of Madangauri, has passed away. He breathed his last at his residence in the city on Saturday. At the time of his death he was 75 years old. He is survived by his wife, two sons, three daughters and numerous relatives and admirers. According to family sources, for the past few months he had been suffering from a terminal illness and had been admitted to various hospitals and his own home.

He was undergoing treatment at home. His death has cast a shadow of deep sorrow over the area.

The first funeral prayer of retired principal Md. Mashuk will be held at Bhukshimail Shahi Eidgah on Sunday at 11 am. At 2 pm, the second funeral prayer was held at the Kulaura North Bazar Jame Mosque, followed by his burial in the mosque’s cemetery.
