Ctg DC takes responsibility for 2 kids

Chattogram Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mohammad Zahidul Islam Miah has taken all the responsibility for the two sick children rescued from the side of the road in the bitter cold in Anwara Upazila of Chattogram district.

He officially took responsibility for the treatment, safety and future rehabilitation of the two children.

Among the rescued children, the name of the four-year-old girl is Ayesha and the name of the two-year-old boy is Morshed. The girl said that their home is in the Moulvi Shop area of Satkania upazila.

Their father is Khorshed Alam and mother is Jhinuk Akhtar. When the news of the miserable condition of the two children first came to light on social media, the Deputy Commissioner immediately ordered Anwara Upazila Nirbahi Officer Tahmina Akhter to take necessary measures.

After primary treatment on the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner, the two children were brought to the Deputy Commissioner’s office.

Despite the busy national elections, the District Commissioner spent a long time inquiring in detail about the children’s physical condition, family identity, the context of the rescue, and the overall situation.
