Sylhet Gas Fields Ltd’s AGM held

The 43rd Annual General Meeting of Sylhet Gas Fields Limited (SGFL), one of the gas and petroleum products producing companies of Petrobangla, was held recently at the conference room of the company’s Dhaka Liaison Office at Petrocenter, Dhaka.
The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr Abul Mansur Md Faizullah, former secretary, and was attended by the Chairman of Petrobangla, Mr Md Rezanur Rahman, along with shareholders, members of the Board of Directors, the Managing Director Prof Md Abdul Jalil Pramanik, and the company’s general managers.
According to the audited accounts for the fiscal year 2024-25, the company earned total revenue of Tk 27.41 billion through the production, processing and sale of natural gas and petroleum products, including condensate, petrol, diesel, kerosene, octane, NGL and LPG.
