Fu-Wang Ceramic declares 1pc cash dividend at 30th AGM

Fu-Wang Ceramic Industry Limited held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m., adopting a hybrid format at Gushan Shooting Club, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.
The meeting was presided over by Narayan Roy, FCA, Chairman of the company, and attended by Sayeed Rezaraj Ahmad, Managing Director (Current Charge); Mohammad Hamidur Rashid, FCA, Independent Director; Rafiquzzaman Bhuiyan, Chief Executive Officer; Ahmed Monabbi, Chief Financial Officer; and Md. Abdul Halim Thakur, Company Secretary,along with a large number of valued shareholders.
Thakur conducted the proceedings of the meeting. Among the key decisions, shareholders unanimously approved a 1 percent cash dividend for all shareholders excluding Sponsors and Directors for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2025. Other agenda items of the meeting were also passed successfully.
