Actress Nazifa Tushi came into the spotlight with the big-screen release of Hawa in 2022.
Before that, she had acted in the film Ice Cream. However, after Hawa, she was not seen on the big screen for a long time.
After staying away quietly, the actress has finally broken her silence and returned to the spotlight.
She is now appearing in Roid, directed by Mejbaur Rahman Sumon. The film has already been selected for the main competition section, Tiger Competition, at the 55th edition of the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR), one of the world’s most prestigious film festivals.
With this achievement, a new milestone has been created for Bangladeshi cinema. In the film, Tushi plays the role of “Sadhu’s wife.” Roid is set to be released in the new year.
Tushi said, “For now, I want to stay focused on Roid and reflect on it. I have worked very hard for this film. I hope the results will be evident once it is released.”
