TARAKANDA, MYMENSINGH: A public rally and workers’ conference were held on Thursday in Ward No. 9 of Kamargaon Union, organised by the BNP to generate mass support for the “Sheaf of Paddy” symbol ahead of the 13th national parliamentary elections.Professor Motahar Hossain Talukdar, the BNP-nominated candidate for Mymensingh-2, joint convener of BNP Mymensingh North District, and former chairman of Tarakanda upazila parishad, attended the conference as chief guest and delivered a speech.
