Eastern Bank expands retail network with mirpur sub-branch

Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) has expanded its retail footprint with the opening of a new sub-branch at Mirpur-10 on last week.

The sub-branch, located at Central Plaza on Begum Rokeya Sarani, was formally inaugurated by M Khorshed Anowar, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail and SME Banking at EBL, along with Istiak Ahmed, Branch Area Head for Dhaka, according to a press release.

Local dignitaries, customers, and community representatives attended the ceremony.
