Chemists’ meeting held
FENI : Feni District Chemists and Druggists Association organises Chemists' Assembly amid a vibrant and festive atmosphere. The event was held at a local convention hall recently. The assembly was chaired
by Nasir Uddin Milan, President of the District Chemists and Druggists Association.
The 53rd International Emmy Awards were held in New York, where popular Indian actor Diljit Dosanjh and director Imtiaz Ali’s much-talked-about film ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’ raised expectations by receiving nominations in two categories. However, the artiste had to return empty-handed at Monday night’s event.
The film ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’ was nominated in the ‘Best Television Movie/Mini-Series’ category.
Despite not winning any awards, Diljit and Imtiaz made a splash on the red carpet at the International Emmy Awards. The actor-singer bowed in his familiar pose with folded hands.
