Pubali Bank holds CLS agent conference 2025

Pubali Bank PLC recently organized the CLS Agent Conference-2025 at its Head Office auditorium, focusing on improving efficiency, customer service, and transparency in its CLS operations.
Mohammad Ali, Managing Director and CEO of Pubali Bank, attended as the Chief Guest.

Deputy Managing Directors Mohammad Esha, Ahmed Enayet Manzur, Md. Shahnewaz Khan, and Mohammad Anisuzzaman were present as Special Guests. The conference was presided over by Md. Malequl Islam, DGM and Head of the Retail Business Division, said to a press release.
Regional Managers and Division Heads from various branches and Head Office divisions also participated.

During the event, crests, certificates, private cars, and motorbikes were awarded to the top 13 performing CLS agents for 2024 in recognition of their outstanding performance.
Speaking at the conference, Mohammad Ali highlighted the importance of enhancing the efficiency of CLS agents, providing customer-friendly services, increasing transparency in loan disbursement, and making network activities more dynamic.

He added that Pubali Bank plans to introduce modern and technology-based initiatives to further improve CLS services.
He also emphasized that Pubali Bank values efficiency, honesty, and cooperation, and that the awards will motivate agents and accelerate the bank’s growth.
